He works mainly in the field of corporate and commercial law and extraordinary transactions as well as commercial contracts. He regularly assists multinational companies in their entry into the Italian market, advising them in all legal aspects necessary to achieve their goals, from the choice of the most appropriate corporate form, to the negotiation of agreements with management, to corporate governance choices, to the structuring and implementation of corporate compliance plans.

He has assisted entrepreneurs and institutional investors in the acquisition and divestment of companies and assets in the following sectors, among others: automotive, cosmetics, dietary supplements and baby food, renewable energy, analytical laboratories, galvanic processes, thermodynamic and solar industry, fashion and luxury goods, film production, telecommunications, energy, food, furniture and design.
