The Lawyer Chiara Arrigoni has gained more than ten years of experience in contract and corporate consulting; she mainly deals with negotiation and drafting of multiple commercial contracts for Italian and foreign multinational companies, privacy and data protection, extraordinary transactions, due diligence, drafting of corporate acts (in Italian and English), resolution of international law issues, support to companies in corporate compliance.

After graduation, in the year 2006, she attended the Graduate School for Legal Professions, also developing skills in administrative, civil and criminal law.
