The Lawyer Manfredi attended classical high school and received his law degree, from the University of Bari in 1980 with a dissertation on labor law.

At said university he collaborated for about two years with the chair of labor law.

In 1982 he moved to Milan where, after a period of apprenticeship and collaboration with professional firms, he began practicing law on his own in 1987, dealing with civil law and, primarily, labor law.

He is a patron of the Supreme Court and before the higher courts.

He has always complemented his professional activities with study and research in the field of labor law.

Attorney Manfredi has been Of Counsel at CTM Avvocati since 2023.

Apart from several articles that have appeared over the years in some specialized journals, he has published 5 monographs:

• The Establishment of the Employment Relationship – ed. Zuzic;
• Temporary employment contracts ed. Maggioli;
• The management of credit ed. Maggioli;
• The administration of labor ed. Simone;
• The subordinate and autonomous employment contracts – Cesi Multimedia.

He has participated as a speaker and lecturer in training courses held by the CERTA consortium in Milan.

He has been a member of the examination board for lawyers at the Court of Appeal of Milan.

He served for 6 years as an appellate judge at ENCI.

He has been a board member at ACSM AGAM spa.
